What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders are generally priced by weight. They typically start at around 5 tonnes (partial truckload) and can scale to a full 22.5-tonne FTL or multi-truck program. Different products can be consolidated into one shipment.
How do payments work?
The standard structure is a deposit when the order is placed, with the balance due against verified loading photos (typically 40/60). The arrangement is written into the contract before production. Letters of credit, bank guarantees, SWIFT/SEPA, and Wise are accepted.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
Depending on the route, terms can range from EXW to DAP or DDP. Many buyers choose CIF or DAP; in every case, we can manage export customs, T1 transit, and the complete document set.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Samples are available on request before a weight-based order is placed. Courier costs are typically paid by the buyer and credited against the first order.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. Our core routes cover the EU, the UK, the Balkans, MENA, and the CIS by road, sea, air, or rail.
How do I receive the loading photos?
Once loading is complete, you receive the photos through a secure email link, together with the seal number recorded on the shipping manifest. For road and sea shipments, the same link also provides live GPS tracking through delivery.
How does cargo insurance work?
Cargo insurance can be arranged for any shipment and itemized transparently in the offer. Preferential insurance terms for recurring programs of 5 or more truckloads are confirmed in writing for each customer and route.
How long does production take?
It depends on the product and quantity. In-stock goods can be loaded within days, while made-to-order production typically takes 1–4 weeks. The exact production and loading schedule is stated in your offer before you commit.
Do you inspect the goods before loading?
Yes. Loading verification includes visual checks of the goods, packaging, and labeling against the contract specifications, documented with loading photos. Independent third-party inspection, such as SGS, can also be arranged on request.
